Order Processing
All products are manufactured or customized to order unless otherwise stated. Standard production time is typically 2–7 business days depending on the product and level of customization. Complex or bulk orders may require additional production time. Estimated production times are shown on product pages when available.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a delay due to material availability, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and DHL. The carrier is automatically selected based on destination, package size, and service reliability. All shipping rates shown at checkout are live carrier-calculated rates.
Delivery time estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed transit times.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our shop in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Customers will receive an email notification when the order is ready. Please wait for the pickup confirmation before arriving.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected carrier service. Maker North Co. Ltd. does not add handling fees beyond packaging materials required to safely ship the item.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.
We cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the ordered item is permitted in their country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed automatically once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a package is lost in transit, we will open a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund will be provided once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Maker North Co. Ltd. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost due to theft or unsecured delivery locations.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to failed delivery attempts, return shipping fees and original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
